October Connect dashboard
You will see our main dashboard once you log into the October platform.
From the Header menu, you can navigate through the different sections, start a new case, and access your organization or personal settings and the notification center.
Organizations settings: Through this section, you will have a complete perspective on the members who are included in the workspace and their roles. Admin / Account owners could also invite new members or delete inactive or unnecessary accounts. Visit our Role and Rights dedicated section to know more. Also, this section is dedicated to collecting your business data.
Notification center: it displays notifications of different events (new reports, failed documents…)
Personal information: From here you can change your personal information and password.
Manage your cases
On the Cases section you’ll have a complete overview on the comprehensive requests linked to your business, which may differ accordingly to your role.
To deep dive on a specific case analysis, just click on the specific case.
To create a new case there are two alternatives, either click on the Create a New Case button, or simply by clicking in the start an application button in the header.
How to ask for support
In case our Help Center is not providing the specific information you are looking for you can ask for human support. You can ask for assistance by clicking on the small purple icon on the bottom of your screen:
