Understand how alerts shape the Manager X-Ray score

Manager X-Ray alerts

By leveraging data obtained from public databases, we use functional rules to generate alerts pertaining to specific events associated with the company, its managers, and ultimate beneficiary owners (UBOs).

These alerts are categorized based on their severity, employing a color-code system:

  • Yellow indicates moderate alerts.

  • Red signifies severe alerts.

The Manager X-Ray tool can identify the following alerts:

1 move in the last 3 years

The company has moved once in the last 3 years AND has 3 publications of accounts within a period of 2 years, no matter how long ago this happened

Number of legal procedures

The company is under procedure or closed

Number of manager’s replacements

Managers and UBOs

More than 50% of administrators are replaced in less than 18 months

Number of alerts on companies related to a manager

Managers and UBOs

The manager has been involved in less than 3 legal procedures that occurred in the last 5 years AND the confidence level in the manager’s identity is between 40% and 60% AND the manager was actively related to the company at that time OR The manager has been involved in more than 3 legal procedures that occurred more than 5 years ago AND the confidence level in manager’s identity is between 40% and 60% AND the manager was no longer active in the company for 1 year

The manager has been involved in less than 3 legal procedures that occurred in the last 5 years AND the confidence level in manager’s identity is superior to 60% AND the manager was actively related to the company at that time

OR

The manager has been involved in more than 3 legal procedures that occurred more than 5 years ago AND the confidence level in manager’s identity is superior to 60% AND the manager was actively related to the company at that time

Hidden manager*

If the confidence level on the manager’s identity is between 60% and 100% and the manager can be found on BODACC.

If the confidence level on the manager’s identity is equal to 100% and the manager can be found on BODACC.

Number of major alerts per manager

Managers and UBOs

The manager is legally banned from running a company or creating one.

*This alert appears when we suspect a manager has requested to be removed from databases under the right to oblivion legislation, but we have found through the French Official Bulletin (BODACC) that this person is still associated with the company.

Manager X-Ray overall score

The Manager X-Ray report assigns an overall score, ranging from A to E, which reflects the number and severity of alerts raised on a company and its managers. This score provides an assessment of the company and managers’ track record, with A indicating an overall positive evaluation and E indicating an overall negative evaluation.

Up to 5 yellow alerts either on the company and on managers and UBOs.
1 red alert on the number of alerts on companies related to a manager.

E

1 red alert on any of those types:

  • Number of account publications

  • Number of change of address

  • Number of manager’s replacements

  • Hidden manager
