Go to the bottom right-hand corner where there is a small purple icon and click on it. Our instant messaging application (Intercom) is hosted in Europe.

A message box will appear, in which you can type your request or feedback, and once again, we will reach back to you as soon as possible.

From there, you can have a view on your previous conversation with our support team and navigate through our help center. You can also use our instant messaging application to share feedback, tips or any input in general. your opinion matters for us!
